Summer is Here
It summer and its construction time. Third Avenue is being ripped up and repaired. We will be open during the contruction. We want to thank all our customers who are walking to the store through the construction, we appreciate your loyalty. We are planning to host a user seminar for the iPhone sometime this summer. With Christmas now behind us and large credit card bills in front of us cellular phone users are looking for ways to save a bit of there hard earned money. Here are a few tips to help save you a few dollars every month.
1) Use bundles for your features
If you subscriber to voicemail call id and or text messaging budle them together. Voice mail by itself is $7/month Call Id is $7/month and unlimited text messaging is $15/month. When billed seperately the cost per month would be $29/month with a smart bundle you would get all these features plus video streaming to check out youtube for only $20/month.
2)Fave 5
Many cell phone users call only a few numbers repeatledly. If this is how you use your phone choose a Fave 5 plan to decrease the monthly cost of the plan. Telus customers can also add this as a feature to an excisting plan for only $10/month or if your favorites live outside your calling area you can add a fave 5 feature that includes the long distance in canada.
3) National in Network Calling
Do you mostly call other Telus Mobility clients? If you do you can save a ton of minutes with this feature. National in Netrwork calling allows you to call anyone else with a Telus cell or Mike cell without incuring minute charges or long distance. Many business have switched to using this feature and save $$thousands of dollars$$.
4) Talk North America Plans
If you are taking trips to sunny souther states this winter you should consider switching to the Talk North America plans while your gone. These plans include long distance and roaming charges anywhere within Canada and the United states.

Blackberry Storm Review
Telus has been promoting the new Blackberry Storm for a Christmas release. Boy Genius has done a very good job testing and reviewing this product. We have posted some of the review.
Its now official, Telus will be carrying the latest and greatest offering from RIM (research in motion) more commonly know as Blackberry. Telus posted images and information about the new phone called the Storm (9530) on Oct 08/08. This is Blackberry's first ever touch screen. This new device has a list of specs that will wow even the most decerning cell phone enthusiast. It has a 3.2 MP camera, full html browser, qwerty qeyboard, quad band, muitimedia player, and of course blackberry's unbeatable email system.
